2.19ct Aquamarine, 7.96ct Amethyst and 0.35ct pear shaped diamond pendant set in 18k green gold hand carved setting.  The small accent diamonds add up to another 0.13ct of G-H color VS clarity diamonds.  The pear shaped diamond is SI clarity. 

The pendant is shown on a hand made 16" fine silver double Etruscan chain with 18k Royal yellow clasp.
